I've found a solution to install the AiO Installer software from Kodak in Mac OSX Sierra 10.12.6
Once you download the latest available driver from Kodak (KODAK_AiO_Printer_v7_9.dmg) here: http://support.en.kodak.ca/app/answers/detail/a_id/17378/selected/true

Open the dmg file and you'll see 2 files:
Kodak printer free download - HP 4500 All In One Printer Driver, Apple HP Printer Drivers, Brother HL-1240/50 Printer Driver, and many more programs. On a computer with MAC OS, you can use Home Center Software to order supplies and configure your printer from your computer. Paper For the best photo printing results, use KODAK Photo Papers, which are optimized to work with KODAK All-in-One Printers. For the best document printing results, use KODAK Document Papers or a paper. Many printers and scanners use driverless technologies such as AirPrint or IPP Everywhere, which don't require additional drivers on your Mac. But third-party drivers might still be available for older devices that do require a driver. Always check for software updates before connecting the device to your Mac for the first time. May 16, 2018.
From there, right-click on Install Software and the use Show Package Content option, then you'll see:
Select AiOInstaller from the Contents/Resources folder by doing right-click again and select Show Package Content and you'll see the following files:
Kodak 5200 Install
From Contents/Packages folder you'll find the Kodak AiO Printer Driver.pkg just run and install it. You should also install the KODAK AiO Bonjour Agent.pkg and some of the rest of the files. This will install the printer driver under Mac OSX Sierra 10.12.6 without any issue.
Once packages are installed, you should be able to select your printer from your system:
Enjoy it!
Issue: Only the scanner doesn't work even when the KODAK AiO ICA Scan Driver.pkg is installed. Still investigating this, but at least, the printer will work as expected!

7 Maintaining Your Printer
Using the latest software and firmware helps ensure optimal performance of your printer.
| NOTE: | Firmware is the software that runs on your printer. |
When you open Home Center Software on a computer with WINDOWS OS, the software automatically checks for software and firmware updates. On a computer with MAC OS, you must check manually for updates.
Use the following procedure to update manually.
Updating if your printer is connected to a computer with WINDOWS OS
To update the software:
Kodak Esp 5200 Download Software
Make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet.
Open Home Center Software.
Click Tools and Documentation.
Under Web Links, click Check for Software Updates to check whether software updates are available.
If there are updates, click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.
To update the printer firmware:
Make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet.
Connect the printer to the computer with a USB cable or wirelessly (if not currently connected).
Open Home Center Software, and make sure that KODAK ESP 5200 Series AiO - Connected appears in the lower left corner of the Home Center Software window.
Click Tools and Documentation.
Under Web Links, click Check for Printer (Firmware) Updates.
If there are updates, click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.
IMPORTANT: Do not turn off or unplug your printer or your computer during the update. Doing so may cause the printer to become inoperable.
Updating if your printer is connected to a computer with MAC OS
To update the software:
Make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet.
Open Home Center Software.
On the KODAK AiO Home Center menu, select Check for Updates.
If there are software updates, follow the on-screen instructions for updating your software.
To update the firmware:
Go to www.kodak.com/go/esp5250downloads or www.kodak.com/go/esp5210downloads.
Connect the printer to the computer with a USB cable or wirelessly (if not currently connected).
Select your operating system from the drop-down list.
Click Select in the Firmware box.
Read the instructions, click Download, then follow the on-screen instructions.
IMPORTANT: Do not turn off or unplug your printer or your computer during the update.
